Pursuant to ARS § 38-431.02(A)(1) through (4), notice is hereby given to the members of Securis Insurance Pool, Inc. (Securis), and to the general public, that the board of directors (board) for Securis will hold a meeting of the board open to the public, pursuant to the following schedule: Any person receiving executive session information pursuant to this section or section 38-431.06 shall not disclose that information except to the attorney general or county attorney, by agreement with the public body or to a court in camera for purposes of enforcing this article.
